Our popular dragon boat for beginners course is on again!!

'Keep fit and have fun in the sun' with one of our dragon boat beginner programs.  Dragon boat beginners session with Blackwattle Bay Dragon Boat Club in Pyrmont near the Sydney Fish Markets.

For $20, you get to learn the water sport of Dragon Boating with the Blackwattle Bay Dragon Boat Team! The 2 hour session teaches you the basics of Dragon Boat paddling, as well as giving you a chance to spend time with some members and experience our fun and friendliness.

You will learn how to paddle in a fun way with an experienced coaches guiding you through basic technique, paddling games and racing.  Come out and enjoy the water and great outdoors!

We run monthly scheduled introductory programs throughout the year.

• Saturday October 7 - Open Day - FREE paddling and BBQ afterwards.

 Time: 2pm to 4pm

What to bring

• T-shirts / rashies / singlet,
• shorts / padded bike pants,
• water shoes / reef shoes / thongs,
• sunscreen, sunglasses, hat,
• water, towel,
• change of clothes (because you are going to get wet!!!)
• plastic bag to keep your clothes in etc.
