    Join our dragon boat for beginners program!
    Dates: Sun 08 & 15 November or Sun 06 & 13 December
    Suitable for all fitness levels, the sessions teach you the basics of dragon boat paddling. You will learn how to paddle with experienced coaches guiding you through basic technique, paddling games and team work. All paddles and equipment is provided. We are a Covid safe sporting club.
